Top 25 Post-2000 Traditional Heavy Metal
Welcome to the results of Shreddit’s Post 2000 Traditional Heavy Metal vote!
We are back with another round of results. I must admit I'm surprised (again) at the number of votes for this one (over 100). I genuinely thought it'd be a niche vote, but then I forgot we're all nerds here. If the top 25 isn't that surprising, I urge you to check out the individual charts for even more variety and wonderment. You can find them here:
Another big shoutout goes to our resident data man, Mr fleshgolem, for compiling all this lovely data for you to argue over discuss politely.
For those out of the loop: These votes originated on this sub's official Discord server, where we had top 25 subgenre votes because we are nerds with too much free time it was fun as a community to compare notes and see what makes each other tick. Due to the popularity of those votes, we decided to open them up to the Shreddit community at large, resulting in 9 fantastic votes so far:
Without further ado, here are the results:

Thank you to everyone who took part; this has been one of the most lively votes we've ever done. It's mad to think that what started two years ago as a silly distraction from the pandemic has become one of the community's best events.
I'll dig deep and see what we can unveil for the next one...
